The API of their application is open to all so it also lets the developer create their own Telegram Application.
It also allows the users to subscribe to a particular channel and this helps the channel to send direct messages to its users and even the users can create stickers in the Telegram app.
It does not allow the advertisers to run ads on their platform as this was against their ethos to use personal information of their users for the sake of money.
